“Hridayswar” is a book of 40 self composed classical compositions in different Ragas by Sawani and her Guru and Grandmother Smt. Kusum Shende. The book was published in August 2008 in Pune at the hands of PadmaVibhushan Sangeet Maartand Pandit Jasrajji and the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra Hon. Shri Vilasraoji Deshmukh. The compositions are written in the Bhaatkhande Notation method of music along with simplified explanation of the compositions.includes 2 audio CDs wherein all the compositions are sung by Sawani herself to bring in more musical clarity in rendition.
